ART CREATIONS
Vicenzo was born near the Adriatic Sea, a painter, inventor, composer, engineer.
His heritage dates back to Pagania, Narentine Principality, modern-day Croatia. He studied product design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo studying Product Design, he attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, studying painting and then the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. He is a member of HDLU, UNESCO.
Vicenzo’s primary art medium is oil on canvas, but also conceptual mediums. During the period of 1995.- 2000. Vicenzo has had solo exhibitions in Europa Center in Berlin, Blue Moon Port Canto in Cannes, La Metropole in Monaco, City Bank Gallery, HDLU Gallery and Vicenzo Gallery in Zagreb, Foggy Bottom Corcoran in Washington DC, Waldinger Gallery in Osijek, CTB Gallery in Bruxelles, Cultural Centre in Lyon and Geneva, Kansai Gallery in Kyoto.
His works are in private, corporate, and public collections worldwide – Collections Grimaldi, Safra, Blomquist, DePury, Biskupic, David Bowie, Eliasch, and many other collections. Vicenzo’s work is acquired by USB, Hypo Alpe Adria Bank, Deutsche Bank, Sheraton, Municipality houses of Vienna and Zagreb, Ministry of Science, NSA and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in his native Croatia et cetera. In 2012. the first acquisition of the planned new Museum of Modern Arts in Vukovar was Vicenzo’s painting.
Vicenzo is a philanthropist, awarded with the Dove of Vukovar and recognition of the Ministry of Defense of Croatia for helping orphans and children in need who lost their parents.
He made an acclaimed fashion art performance based on his paintings with Mitsuhiro Matsuda in Paris and Monaco.
As of the year 2013, Vicenzo had the last exhibition in Padua, Gallery Altinate, organized by the municipality of Padua and the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Croatia in Italy. After that exhibition, he lived in Seoul, South Korea, preparing his new work, The Clarity, which is now on display on this website.
Vicenzo wrote three books, 1996. The architecture of light and fluids, 1998. Implosion and 2000. Collective consciousness, Art, and its position in the bicameral mind. His work was often used for a thesis in UEL at Arts and Digital Industries in London. He wrote several novels, Vid Naron, Dresden, The Composer, the book of short stories, and a hand-made manuscript with drawings from the collection of his experiences and hermetic periods.
Vicenzo worked as a Creative Project Director for Sonera, NRJ, NEC, Bang & Olufsen, and UBS.
